Cloud 9 Speech Therapy is in network with Premera Blue Cross and Lifewise insurance. Some insurance companies will cover a percentage of out of network services. It’s important to understand your benefits by calling the insurance company and finding out what speech therapy benefits are included and if you have out of network benefits. If you do receive out of network benefits the speech therapist can provide you a superbill to submit to the insurance company for reimbursement. Additionally, we do accept HSA and FSA payments.

Not necessarily. If there has been a recent school evaluation or private evaluation, we will review and determine if any additional information is needed or if treatment can start right away.
However, some insurance carriers require an evaluation prior to services starting in order to determine if they will approve the service.

We work with children ages 4 years and up.

It depends on your child and their goals. Treatment plans are written for 6 months at a time. It is not unusual for a child to need speech therapy for a few months to a few years.
